1. General Terms and Conditions

• Manpar Immigration Inc. does not offer services to individuals or entities located in countries subject to international sanctions.

• Manpar Immigration Inc. is a private company and is not affiliated with the Government of Canada or any other governmental body. Any immigration services provided are fee-based, and similar applications may be available directly from the government without a representative.

• Clients are not obligated to retain our services. The decision to hire an RCIC is voluntary.

2. Consultations

• The initial free consultation is limited to one phone discussion or inquiry, lasting up to 15 minutes.

• Any consultation beyond the initial free session is subject to standard consultation fees. Full consultation sessions include reviewing client information, providing personalized advice, and outlining immigration pathways.

• RCIC Harpreet Singh (RCIC #R709494), a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), may provide consultations.

• Advice provided during any consultation is based on the information provided at the time of the consultation and on Canadian immigration laws in effect at that time.

• Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information during consultations.

• Consultation fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

3. Disclaimer on Legal Advice

Any free consultation offered by Manpar Immigration Inc. or its Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) is for general information purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Participation in a free consultation does not establish a formal client-consultant relationship or representation by Manpar Immigration Inc. or its RCICs.

4. Use of Website and Services

These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Manpar Immigration Inc. website (www.manparimmigration.com) and services. By accessing the site or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Eligibility and Compliance

• You confirm that all information provided to Manpar Immigration Inc. is accurate, complete, and current.

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• Your use of our services and website complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Representation and Client Relationship

• Accessing our website or communicating with us does not establish a client-consultant relationship.

• A formal relationship is established only once a retainer agreement is signed and payment is made.

• Until a signed agreement is in place, you are considered self-represented.

7. Fees and Pricing

• All professional service fees are for RCIC time, expertise, and case management.

• Fees do not include government application filing fees or third-party costs.

• Fee amounts and services will be disclosed in a written agreement.

• Prices are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD).

• Full payment must be made before services are rendered unless otherwise arranged.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Government fees (e.g., IRCC) are non-refundable once submitted.

• Refunds from Manpar Immigration Inc. are only provided in cases where services have not yet been rendered and are subject to the terms of the signed retainer agreement.

• An administrative fee applies to all refunds (CAD $500 for service files, CAD $50 for consultations).

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 10 business days.

9. Confidentiality and Records

• All consultations and client interactions are kept confidential.

• Consultations may be recorded for internal quality control; clients must inform the consultant if they do not consent.

• Recordings are the property of Manpar Immigration Inc. and are not shared with clients.

10. Results and Guarantees

• Manpar Immigration Inc. does not guarantee the approval or success of any immigration or visa application.

• Final decisions rest solely with the Government of Canada and other applicable authorities.

• Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all information and documentation provided.

11. Intellectual Property

• All non-government content on our website and within our services is the intellectual property of Manpar Immigration Inc.

• You may not copy, reuse, or reproduce our materials without prior written permission.

12. Service Modifications

• Manpar Immigration Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.

• These changes may affect current or future engagements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all matters related to our services are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the Federal laws of Canada.
